Myles is a project development and finance lawyer and has more than 23 years of experience advising on the development, financing, and acquisition of complex and high-profile energy projects, including renewables, conventional power, oil and gas, marine offshore, petrochemical, and other projects. He also advises on corporate finance matters, structured commodities trade and trade finance transactions, ship and offshore vessel finance, export finance, and real estate finance and has advised on various restructurings.
Myles has worked on projects in numerous mature and emerging markets (including transactions throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Africa, and South America). He spent nearly 13 year living and working in Tokyo advising on outbound projects and transactions and 5 years living and working in Moscow advising on Eastern European projects and transactions in Russia and the region. Over the course of his career, Myles has also lived and worked in Paris and Dubai.
